Ingredients
- 1 pack of gluten-free Old El Paso™ tortillas
- 1 sachet of gluten-free Old El Paso™ fajita spice mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g chicken breast or fillet, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 red and/or green peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, cut in half
- 500 g of cherry tomatoes, quartered
- handful of coriander, chopped
- salt
Preperations
- Heat a large pan and fry the chicken in hot oil over a high heat for 5 mins. until it is cooked through. Add the spice mix, onion and pepper, and cook for a further 2 mins.
- Warm the gluten-free tortillas as per the packet instructions.
- To make the fresh salsa: Squeeze the juice of half a lime and mix with the cherry tomatoes and coriander. Season with a little salt.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Old El Paso™ flour tortillas
- 1 jar of Old El Paso™ chunky salsa dip (mild)
- 120 g spicy salami, sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 120 g mozzarella, cut into small cubes
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine
Preperations
- Cover the 4 tortillas evenly with salami, tomato and cheese. Place the remaining 4 tortillas on top.
- Allow 1 tbsp of butter to melt in a large frying pan over a medium heat and swirl in the pan. Brown the first quesadilla in the butter for 6-8 mins.; turning once. Transfer the quesadilla to a chopping board. Repeat step 2 with the remaining butter and the other quesadillas.
- Warm the salsa in a small pan over a medium heat.
- Cut each quesadilla into 8 slices, transfer the salsa to a bowl and serve everything together
Tip
When preparing the quesadillas, make sure that the butter doesn't catch. These delicious morsels can be topped with all kinds of pizza ingredients (e.g. mushrooms, ham, vegetables, etc.).

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Old El Paso™ tortillas chips (salted)
- 1 jar of Old El Paso™ taco salsa (mild or hot)
- 1 sachet of Old El Paso™ spice mix for tacos
- 1 jar of Old El Paso™ sliced jalapeños
- 2x 250 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmentaler)
- 250 g chicken strips, fried
- 1 tin sweetcorn
- 1 jalapeño chilli, sliced
- Fresh ingredients of your choice for garnish (see tip below)
Preperations
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the base of a baking dish with a layer of tortilla chips, spread the taco salsa on top.
- Mix 250 g of cheese and 2 tbsp. of the taco seasoning in a small bowl with the chicken, corn and jalapeños (drained). Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture over the chips and top with another layer of chips until you have 2-3 layers. Finish with a layer of chips, and then top with the remainder of the cheese and fresh jalapeños.
- Bake the dish in the oven for around 9-10 mins. until the cheese has melted.
- Garnish with fresh ingredients of your choice and serve immediately.
Tip
Fresh ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, freshly chopped coriander, guacamole and/or crème fraîche are perfect as garnish.
