- There are no evening deliveries on Saturdays
- In exceptional cases, particularly before public holidays like Christmas and Easter, it may be that a delivery round is fully booked before the order cut-off is reached
- The cut-off time for orders with delivery by a parcel carrier is 13:30 p.m. the day before the desired delivery date
- Orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance.
The delivery charges for normal supermarket orders depend on the order value:
- free for orders of 500 or more
- CHF 9.90 for an order of CHF 200 or more
- CHF 12.90 for an order of CHF 150 or more
- CHF 17.90 for an order of CHF 99.90 or more
Our loyalty bonus reduces the delivery charge by CHF 3 if your previous order was placed less than 3 weeks ago.
The delivery charges for wine-only orders (with VinoLog) are:
- free for an order of CHF 500 or more
- CHF 9.90 for an order of CHF 50 or more
It is important to us that we are able to offer all our customers a reliable and punctual delivery service. We can only provide an environmentally friendly and economical delivery service if we are able to deliver to a certain number of customers per delivery round.
To guarantee the strict integrity of the cold chain, our vehicles are fitted with chiller and freezer units, which reduces the load. So that we do not exceed the vehicles’ maximum weight and in order to optimize capacity, a few product categories are subject to quantity restrictions. These include soft drinks, beer, milk and cat litter.
