Delivery terms

You will find an overview of the most important information about delivery, order cut-off times and order quantity, delivery charges and pick-up service here.
Delivery by a coop driver

In towns, cities and larger urban areas, our own coop drivers deliver your order, within your chosen one-hour time slot. Our driver will deliver your shopping straight to your front door (or, for companies, to the entrance or reception).

Delivery slots are available in the afternoon and evening between 12 noon and 10 p.m. In some cities, there are also morning delivery slots available starting at 8 a.m.

Delivery by a parcel service

If your delivery address is too far from our logistics centres, we will ship your order using Swiss Post.

Our parcel service makes deliveries from Tuesday to Friday (and Saturdays, depending on the area). The following delivery time slots are available: 09:00 to 12:00; 11:00 to 14:00; 12:00 to 17:00; 16:30 to 21:00. Depending on your area, some delivery times may not be available.

Pick-up locations

Shop conveniently online at coop.ch and collect your purchase at a Coop Pick-up location of your choice.

Currently, there are approximately 350 Pick-up locations available throughout Switzerland. There are plans to extend this service to more stores in the near future. There is no delivery fee when you use our Pick-up service.

Order quantities

It is important to us that we are able to offer all our customers a reliable and punctual delivery service. We can only provide an environmentally friendly and economical delivery service if we are able to deliver to a certain number of customers per delivery round.

To guarantee the strict integrity of the cold chain, our vehicles are fitted with chiller and freezer units, which reduces the load. So that we do not exceed the vehicles’ maximum weight and in order to optimize capacity, a few product categories are subject to quantity restrictions. These include soft drinks, beer, milk and cat litter.
