Notes on use

Baking
1) Backofen vorheizen 220°C (Umluft 200°C). 2) Teig zusammen mit Backpapier ausrollen und belegen. 3) Pizza backen: Untere Hälfte (17-22 Min.). Ofenmitte (13-18 Min.). Auf dem Gitter gebacken extra-knusprig. Zusätzliches Backpapier unterlegen, damitder Teig nicht vom Gitter fällt. Wichtig: Die Backzeit kann je nach Belag der Pizza sowie des Backofentyps variieren.
