1) Preheat the oven well. 2) Roll out the dough together with the baking paper, place on a baking tray and cover. 3) Bake: - top and bottom heat: on the bottom rack for 17-22 min. at 220°C; - fan oven: on the middle rack for 13-18 min. at 200°C. Tip: Extra crispy when baked on the rack. Place additional baking paper underneath so that the dough does not fall off the rack.
