Notes on use

Baking
1) Teig ca. 20 Min. vor Gebrauch aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Backofen vorheizen 220°C. (Umluft 210°C). 2) Teig ausrollen und mit Sauerrahm bestreichen. Mit Speckwürfeln und Zwiebeln belegen. 3) Auf der untersten Rille des Ofens während ca. 12–15 Min. knusprig backen. Wichtig: Die Backzeit kann je nach Belag des Flammkuchens sowie des Backofentyps variieren.
