Notes on use

Baking
1) Backofen vorheizen 220°C (Umluft 200°C). 2) Teig zusammen mit Backpapier ausrollen und belegen. 3) Pizza backen: Untere Hälfte, Ober-/Unterhitze: 17-22 Min. Ofenmitte, Umluft: 13-18 Min. Auf dem Gitter gebacken extra-knusprig. Zusätzliches Backpapier unterlegen, damit der Teig nicht vom Gitter fällt. Wichtig: Die Backzeit kann je nach Belag der Pizza sowie des Backofentyps variieren.

Backofen vorheizen. Teig ausrollen und einstechen. Teig belegen und backen.
