Aroma: typical of its type
Flavour: mild to strongly spiced, depending on the age profile, light
Texture: semi-hard, small number of holes measuring 3-6 mm
Ripening period: 50 - 90 days
Comments: A top-quality, highly nutritious natural product. Produced using raw cow's milk over a period of just three months at more than 1,300 metres above sea level. Very flavoursome and light. Seasonal product.
