Milk from the Zurich Highlands. 22 cheese dairies provide culinary diversity. Much of this cheese matures in our claystone cellars in Saland. We also produce yoghurt, pastmilk and curd cheese from Zurich Highland milk. This ensures the continued existence of many farms and cheese dairies in the Zurich Highlands.
