Recipe for 2 people (400g)
Heat ~ 1.4 dl dry white wine in a caquelon (fondue pot) and add the Moléson fondue cheese mix (400g).
Keep over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the cheese is smoothly melted.
According to your taste, you may add freshly ground pepper, crushed garlic, a small amount of kirsch.
Then place the pot on a burner at heat low and eat the fondue withbread. Enjoy!
