1. Rub the fondue pot with a clove of garlic and pour in the New Roots fondue. Heat up, stirring constantly.
2. Before serving, season to taste with pepper, nutmeg and paprika, stir until creamy, and quickly place on a fondue burner.
3. Stir the fondue regularly during the meal with skewered bread cubes. Bon appétit!
