The original drained Greek Yogurt TOTAL 5% FAGE is rich, creamy all natural made simply with a family Greek recipe dating from 1926. Only milk and lactic ferments are used in the composition of real FAGE Greek yogurts. FAGE uses 4 litres of milk for every kilo of yogurt. A unique manufacturing process has given FAGE yogourt its irreplaceable taste, so pure, thick and creamy, since 1926. Perfectly replaces cream in your recipes but with only 5% fat (compared to 30-40% for cream).
