Quöllfrisch Light - the real Swiss beer from Appenzell. Brewed according to the Locher AG brewery's classic recipe. Quöllfrisch Light is characterized by its mildness and light fruitiness. It is brewed from pure Pilsner malt and three different types of hops from Stammheim and Hallertau. The beer is storaged in our rock cellar for up to 3 months to give it its balance.
