Bier
Feldschlösschen Braufrisch - the modern interpretation of a cellar beer. In a 10x33cl non-returnable bottle pack with a convenient carrying handle - perfect to take with you. This refreshingly cloudy cellar beer is unfiltered and unprocessed. The delicate notes of malt and caramel give the beer its uniquely refreshing flavour. In the nose, Feldschlösschen Braufrisch has satisfyingly yeasty aromas, followed by flavours of a subtle hoppy bitterness with delicate notes of malt and caramel on the palate. Feldschlösschen Braufrisch is our very own, modern interpretation of the much-loved cellar beer. It was developed with great passion by our young master brewers in Rheinfelden and stands out for its uniquely refreshing flavour. Feldschlösschen Braufrisch goes particularly well with light dishes, such as salads, fish and meat dishes - but it's also good with mountain cheeses at various stages of maturity. The Feldschlösschen brewery was founded in 1876 by Theophil Roniger (the brewer) and Matthias Wüthrich (the farmer) in Rheinfelden, in the Swiss canton of Aargau. Since that very first brew, Feldschlösschen has grown to become the largest beer brewery in Switzerland. It still brews its beer in the castle in Rheinfelden to this day, in line with the latest standards and the highest level of quality.
