Valaisanne White IPA – a merger between wheat beer and IPA Available in a 4x33cl non-returnable bottle pack with a handy carry strap. Valaisanne White IPA is a combination of two styles of beer – wheat beer and IPA. The wheat beer contributes the yeast, with its own pleasant notes, while the IPA's fruity Cascade, Citra and Simcoe aromatic hops are used for the White IPA's dry hopping process. The Valaisanne White IPA was inspired by two different regions within the Valais – Upper Valais and Lower Valais. These two act together to create a complete Valais that is absolutely unique - as unique at the Valaisanne White IPA. In the Valais, highly motivated and dedicated brewers produce craft beers uncompromisingly, with a passion. The philosophy of the Valaisanne is marked by the rough and the smooth sides of life in the Alps. The strong character traits of the people of the Valais are reflected in their products. No route is too steep, no slope too hard; if they fall, they just get back up and try again. This obsession (not to say obstinacy) drives Valais people on their permanent quest for the finest ingredients and best processes to provide Valaisanne beers with their powerful characters.
