Brewed according to the traditional art of brewing, with pure spring water and seasoned with fine hops. Naturally cloudy wheat beer, original wheat from the Schenkenbergertal, grown carefully and naturally in the region. The grain is ground in the 700-year-old Mittlere Mill in Schinznach.
