What’s so special about this stone-baked La Mia Grande is its dough and its light, crispy crust, which is just as delicious as the Pizzaiolo. Comes in four fabulous varieties.Cooking instructions:1. Preheat the oven (upper/lower heat: 250°C, convection: 230°C)2. While the oven is heating up, remove the cling film and allow the pizza to thaw at room temperature.3. Bake the pizza directly on the oven shelf in the lower third of the oven for 6-8 mins.

Notes on use
Baking
1) Pizza in der Folie 10 min. antauen lassen. 2) Backofen vorheizen. Ober-/Unterhitze: 220°C, Heißluft 200°C, Gas: 5-6. TIPP: Das beste Backergebnis wird bei Ober-/Unterhitze erreicht. 3) Pizza aus der Folie nehmen, auf einen Rost legen und auf der mittleren Einschubleiste backen. Backzeit: 7-12 Min.
