1. Preheat your traditional oven to 240°C or your convection oven to 220°C.
2. In a salad bowl, melt the buttons (put 12 aside)and 90 g of butter in a bain-marie. Mix.
3. Add 3 eggs and the content of the preparation sachet. Mix.
4. Pour into moulds and add 2 chocolate buttons to the center of each chocolate coulant. Bake on a rack in the middle of the oven for 8 minutes. For a successful result, watch your chocolate coulant 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the time indicated. Wait 10 minutes before unmolding.
