Description
This slightly sour soup with tasty little pieces of boletus mushrooms can be prepared in no time. Wonderfully smooth and seasoned with fine onions; it's a real treat. Pour the contents into a quart of cold water, stir, bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes on use
Inhalt in 1l kaltes Wasser geben. Umrühren und aufkochen. 5 Min. halb zugedeckt köcheln lassen. Gelegentlich umrühren.
