Perfect every time...
1. Melt 20 g of butter into a casserole. Add 1 cup of rice and fry until the rice becomes translucent.
2. Add 2.5 cups of hot broth and bring to boil. Simmer uncovered, stirring regularly, until the rice is creamy and all water is absorbed (12-15 minutes).
3. Add butter and parmesan according to taste. Stir. Serve and enjoy!
