Preparation
Preparation for approx. 1 kg: Preheat the oven to 80 °C, place the meat in a bag and put it in a bowl with cold water in the oven, cook for approx. 2 hours. Remove the meat from the bag, pat dry, fry hot on all sides or grill. Grill time depends on the type of grill used.
