Description

Swiss beef matured on the bone. Raised in animal-friendly enclosures. The animal’s feed is guaranteed to not include genetically modified organisms (GMO).

Store at 5 °C maximum after purchase. Freezer durability (-18 °C or colder): approximately 3 months.

Preparation

Sear on each side for 1 minute. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Just before serving, sear again on both sides for 1 minute. As an alternative, sear on both sides for 1 minute and then cook for about 45 minutes in the oven at 80 degrees.

Tip: slightly increase the temperature during the last 4 minutes of cooking time in the oven.
