43 % white rice, MILK PROTEIN concentrate, pea protein, 8 % coconut milk powder, 7 % dried vegetables (onion, carrot, spinach), chicory root fibre, maltodextrin, potato starch, 3 % mushrooms, coconut oil, natural flavour (contains CELERY), salt, whey powder (MILK), garlic powder,cracked black pepper, mushroom extract powder, thyme. This product is manufactured in a plant which handles gluten (oats, wheat), soya, egg, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts and nuts. This product may contain traces of these allergens.

Keep in a cool, dry place.
Notes on use
Reconstituting
Add 160 ml boiling water (up to indicated level), stir well and replace lid. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, stir well and enjoy.Add water if desired. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Caution: Product may be hot to hold.
