Rosemary roasted almonds
Mix the almonds, salt, oil and rosemary in a bowl, spread on one half of a tray lined with baking paper.
Curried cashew nuts
Mix the cashew nuts, salt, coconut oil and curry in a bowl, spread on the other half of the tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C, stirring the nuts once with a wooden spoon. Remove from the oven, leave to cool. Package in jars or tins.
