Bases
- 1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
Sauce
- 200 g Appenzeller cheese, coarsely grated
- 100 g Gruyère, coarsely grated
- 1 tbsp white flour
- 1.5 dl milk
- 2 fresh egg
- 1 dl full cream
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little nutmeg

And that's how it's done
Bases
Cut out 8 pastry circles (each approx. 12 cm in diameter), transfer to the prepared tins. Prick the bases firmly with a fork, briefly refrigerate.
Sauce
Mix the cheese with all the remaining ingredients, spread on top of the pastry.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C.
