In a frying pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same pan, fry the chicken breasts over a medium heat for approx. 4 mins. on each side. Remove, season. Allow to cool a little, cut into slices. Fry the eggs in the same pan. Toast the bread. Combine the cream cheese with the mustard, spread the mixture on one side of the toast. Slice the tomatoes. Top 4 slices of toast with the chicken, lettuce leaves and tomatoes, cover each with a slice of toast. Place the fried eggs and bacon on top, cover with the remaining slices of toast, cut the sandwiches diagonally.
