  • 1 EL olive oil
  • 250 g blue and white seedless grapes, evtl. halbiert
  • 1 EL sugar
  • 0.25 TL salt
  • 2 EL white wine vinegar

  • 2 EL olive oil
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 400 g rye bread, in 8 ca. 2 cm dicke Scheiben
  • einige tarragon leaves

Grapes
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the sugar, dissolve for approx. 3 mins. Sauté the grapes. Add the salt and vinegar, reduce the resulting liquid almost completely.
Crostini
Brush the bread with oil, toast the bread in batches in a non-stick frying pan for approx. 2 mins. on each side. Spread with the cream cheese, top with the grapes and tarragon leaves.
