  • 100 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tin white tuna in oil (approx. 80 g ) or pink tuna
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
capers
  • 2 tbsp oil, for deep-frying
  • 3 tbsp capers, drained

  • 350 g bread, cut into approx. 2 cm slices

Tuna mousse
Combine the tuna, cream cheese and mayonnaise, season.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the capers for approx. 3 mins., drain on kitchen towel.
Crostini
Fry the bread on both sides in the same pan. Top with the tuna mousse, onions and capers.
