Mix the crème fraîche and tomatoes, spread the mixture on one side of the piadina. Top the piadina with parmesan, cured ham and rocket, fold together. Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the piadina over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 3 mins. on each side.
