- 180 g sour single cream
- 1 lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tsp of juice
- 50 g black olives, finely chopped
- 2 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste

And that's how it's done
Mix the sour single cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the parsley, season.
