Quark quiche slices

This is needed
for 10 piece
Filling
- 250 g half-fat quark
- 200 g plain cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp almonds, roasted, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp hemp pesto
- 90 g Bündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat), cut into strips
Quiche
- 1 puff pastry dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø)

- One cake tin (approx. 25 cm in diameter), lined with baking paper or greased.

And that's how it's done
Filling
Mix the quark with all the other ingredients up to and including the pesto, season.
Quiche
Place the pastry in the tin along with the baking paper, prick with a fork. Spread the filling on top.
To bake
Approx. 35 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin, cut into slices, serve lukewarm.
