  • 125 g cream cheese with horseradish
  • 1 tangerine, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
  • 1 tbsp chervil, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • a little pepper

  • 100 g radishes, cut into slivers approx. 2 mm thick
  • 100 g Smoked salmon fillet, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
  • a little chervil, torn

Radish snacks
Spread the cream cheese filling in the centre of the radish slices. Top with the diced salmon and chervil, fold into crescents, secure with a toothpick.
