  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp chervil, finely chopped
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tangerines, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice

  • a little chervil, torn
  • 100 g radishes, cut into slivers approx. 2 mm thick
  • 100 g Smoked salmon fillet, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
