Spice mix
Remove and finely chop the rosemary needles, mix with the curry powder and salt. Whisk the egg white and honey with a fork.
Mix the nuts and egg white, spread on a tray lined with baking paper.
To roast
Approx. 12 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C, turning twice. Remove, leave to cool, break into pieces.
