- 200 g feta, cut into pieces
- 30 g wild garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 organic lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice
- salt and pepper to taste

And that's how it's done
Dip
Blitz the feta in a food processor. Add the wild garlic, milk, oil, lemon zest and juice, puree for approx. 2 mins. until creamy, season.
