- 2 tsp grated horseradish in a jar
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 120 g double cream cheese (e.g. Kiri)
- 80 g baby spinach
- 70 g dried meat (jerky), cut into slices
- 100 g smoked salmon, cut into slices
- 20 wooden skewers

Combine the cream cheese with the horseradish, season. Spread over the tortillas. Top with the spinach, press down gently. Fill two tortillas with salmon and the rest with dried meat, roll up tightly, cut into slices, thread onto skewers.
