Baked potatoes
  • 8 mealy potatoes (each approx. 120 g)
  • 8 pieces aluminium foil
Filling
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 200 g smoked trout fillets (organic), torn into pieces
  • 2 avocado, diced
  • a little pepper
  • a little salt
  • 1 lemons, use only the juice

Baked potatoes
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and wrap individually in foil. Place on a baking tray with the seal facing upwards.
To bake
Approx. 50 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, cut into the potatoes with a knife, gently press together so that the potatoes open up, remove the foil.
Filling
Stuff the potatoes with the crème fraîche, trout and avocado, drizzle with lemon juice, season.
