Chestnut tarte flambée

Tarte flambée
- 2 rolled tarte flambée dough (each approx. 290 g)
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- 200 g mushrooms, halved or quartered
- 200 g blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola), broken into pieces
- 100 g cured ham
To bake

- 1 tbsp chives, roughly chopped
- 300 g chestnuts in caramel sauce, roughly chopped

And that's how it's done
Tarte flambée
Roll out the dough and place on two baking trays with the baking paper. Season the crème fraîche and spread on top of the dough. Top with the mushrooms, Gorgonzola and cured ham.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 220 °C (convection). Top with the chestnuts, garnish with the chives.
