Frankfurters in puff pastry
Cut the pastry lengthwise into 8 strips. Spread the sauce over the pastry strips, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all round.
Wrap each frankfurter in a strip of pastry, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, serve warm.
