Place the slices of bread on a tray lined with baking paper. Top with 1 slice of ham and cheese.
Top with 1 slice of pineapple.
To bake
Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, plate up. Drain the cherries, place the cherries on top of the toasties, sprinkle with paprika.
