Mix the artichokes with all the other ingredients up to and including the thyme, season.
To fill the calzone
Roll out one piece of dough and place on a tray with the baking paper. Spread the filling over the top, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm. Place the second piece of dough on top, remove the baking paper, press the edges down firmly with your fingers. Mix the oil with the thyme and use to brush the calzone.
Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
