Puff pastry parcels
Roll out the pastry, cut into 4 squares, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Combine the cottage cheese, cheese and eggs, season. Spread the cheese mixture onto the pieces of pastry, leaving a border of approx. 1 cm all round.
Arrange the slices of pear on top of the cheese mix so that they overlap slightly. Spread over the butter, Sbrinz and rosemary, season.
Approx. 18 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C.
