Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl. Add the water, oil and salt, mix and work into a soft dough, knead for several minutes. Cover the dough and leave to rest for approx. 30 mins.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, shape into strands approx. 20 cm long. Wrap one strand each around the sausages and vegetable halves, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with a little water, sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
