Place the dough on a tray lined with baking paper (approx. 30 cm in diameter). Firmly prick the base with a fork, top with the almonds and sugar. Combine the crème fraîche, milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Grate in the apple. Stir in the cranberries, spread on top of the dough.
Bake for approx. 40 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 200°C.
