Mix the flours, salt, vanilla and yeast in a bowl. Add lukewarm water, almond drink and maple sirup, knead to form a soft, smooth dough for approx. 5 min. Form the dough into a ball and place back into the bowl. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx.1 hour. Add chocolate to the risen dough, knead the dough, form to a bread and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
