To make the cookies, use approx. 1 tbsp of mixture per cookie and spread in a thin circle (approx. 10 cm diameter) on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
For approx. 6 mins. in an oven preheated to 200 °C (convection), remove from the oven.
Immediately divide the fortunes among the hot cookies, fold, place over the rim of a glass and create the distinctive indentation.
