Rocket & mustard butter
- 0.5 garlic clove, squeezed
- 10 g rocket, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp butter, soft
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 0.5 lime, use only 1/2 tbsp of juice
- a little pepper
- 2 beef tomato, cut in half
- 0.5 tsp salt
- a little pepper
- a little peanut oil
- 500 g club steak

Rocket & mustard butter
Mix all the ingredients together.
Brush the tomatoes with the butter and individually wrap them in foil.
Grill for approx. 10 mins. on a high heat or bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Season the meat. Brush the griddle with oil, heat up. Grill the steak for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
