Porridge
  • 4 dl almond drink
  • 90 g whole-grain rolled oats
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 150 g cherries, cut in half
  • 40 g vegan, dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 20 g quinoa pops
Toppings
  • 140 g cashew yoghurt
  • 150 g cherries, cut in half
  • 30 g vegan, dark chocolate, chips peeled off with a peeler

Porridge
Mix the almond milk, rolled oats, seeds, cocoa powder and salt in a pan, bring to the boil. Simmer and stir the porridge over a medium heat for approx. 7 mins. Add the cherries and chocolate, continue to simmer for approx. 5 mins. Mix in the quinoa pops.
Toppings
Pour the porridge into bowls, serve with yoghurt, cherries and chocolate.
