  • 180 g plain greek yoghurt
  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 4 apricots, cut into cubes
  • 1 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp crispy muesli
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes

Combine the yoghurt and honey.
Warm the tortillas in a non-stick frying pan (without adding any oil) for approx. 1 min. on each side. Spread ¼ of the yoghurt on top of each tortilla, top with the fruit and muesli, roll up.
