French toast rolls with strawberries

Egg mixture
- 1.5 dl milk
- 1 fresh egg

- 8 toast bread
- 125 g strawberries
French toast rolls
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
Cinnamon sugar
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 20 g sugar

And that's how it's done
Place the rolls in the dish, allow to absorb for approx. 30 secs. Turn the rolls over and leave to absorb for a further 30 secs.
Egg mixture
Whisk together the milk and eggs.
Rolls
Dice the strawberries, spread on top of the bread, roll up.
French toast rolls
Heat the clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the rolls in batches over a medium heat for approx. 3 mins. all over. Remove, allow to cool slightly.
Cinnamon sugar
Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a soup dish. Coat the rolls in the cinnamon sugar.
