Ricotta cream
- 125 g ricotta
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest, all of the juice set aside

- 4 tbsp Granola
- 125 g blackberries
- 4 figs, cut into wedges
- 1 bananas, sliced
- 4 tsp white almond cream

Ricotta cream
Puree the ricotta, lime zest and honey until smooth.
Papaya boats
Drizzle the papayas with the reserved lime juice, plate up. Top with granola, fruit and almond butter, fill with the ricotta cream, serve immediately.
